Terms and Conditions for Safety Training
By booking Safety Training with PAT Testing Wales, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Training Delivery:
PAT Testing Wales will provide qualified, experienced trainers to deliver safety training sessions that comply with relevant health and safety standards and regulations.
2. Attendance and Scheduling:
Participants or clients must arrive promptly and ensure availability for the entire scheduled session.
A charge equivalent to 20% of the estimated training cost will be incurred if a participant or client fails to attend at the agreed time or date.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated training cost.
4. Pricing and Payment:
Prices quoted exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment terms are clearly detailed on invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Certification:
Participants will receive certification upon successful completion of the training course.
Certificates will typically be issued electronically within five working days following the training.
6. Liability:
PAT Testing Wales accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from actions taken or not taken based upon information presented during training sessions, except where directly caused by our negligence.
7. Training Venue:
Clients must ensure the venue provided for on-site training is suitable, safe, and adequately equipped for the training course being delivered.
8. Subcontracting:
PAT Testing Wales reserves the right to subcontract training services where necessary, ensuring all subcontractors meet our quality, safety, and professional standards.
