By choosing PAT Testing Wales for your Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) writing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Delivery:

PAT Testing Wales will create professional, compliant, and customised Risk Assessments and Method Statements tailored specifically to your requirements and industry standards.

2. Information Accuracy:

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the scope, environment, and activities for which RAMS documentation is required.

PAT Testing Wales is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Pricing and Payment:

All quoted prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms will be clearly detailed on your invoice. Late payments may attract additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Amendments:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed date for completion or consultation will incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated job price.

Amendments requested after completion and final approval may incur additional charges.

5. Liability:

PAT Testing Wales will draft RAMS documentation compliant with current health and safety legislation and guidelines. However, the client remains ultimately responsible for ensuring the documentation is implemented correctly on-site.

PAT Testing Wales accepts no liability for incidents or damages resulting from incorrect or negligent implementation of provided RAMS documentation.

6. Confidentiality:

All information shared by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of creating accurate and effective RAMS documentation.

7. Subcontracting:

PAT Testing Wales reserves the right to subcontract RAMS writing work when necessary, ensuring all subcontractors meet our standards of expertise and confidentiality.

8. Cancellations:

A cancellation fee equal to 20% of the estimated service cost will be incurred if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the agreed date of service commencement.
