Terms and Conditions for Microwave Leakage Testing

By selecting PAT Testing Wales for your Microwave Leakage Testing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Delivery:

PAT Testing Wales will provide qualified technicians to conduct microwave leakage tests, adhering to current safety standards and regulations.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Access:

Customers must ensure microwave appliances are easily accessible for testing at the agreed appointment time.

If our technician is unable to carry out testing due to the customer’s absence or inability to access the premises or appliances at the agreed time, a fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated job price will be charged.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice from the scheduled appointment date will incur a charge equal to 20% of the estimated job price.

4. Pricing and Payment:

All pricing quoted excludes VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the provided invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Testing and Certification:

PAT Testing Wales will perform microwave leakage testing in accordance with the latest safety standards and regulations.

Certification will be provided electronically upon completion, typically within five working days of testing.

6. Liability:

PAT Testing Wales accepts no responsibility for appliance faults or issues arising post-testing unless directly resulting from negligence during the testing procedure.

7. Subcontracting:

PAT Testing Wales may subcontract microwave leakage testing services when necessary, ensuring subcontractors adhere strictly to our standards of service and safety.
