Terms and Conditions for Fire Extinguisher Servicing
By selecting PAT Testing Wales for your Fire Extinguisher Servicing needs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Provision:
PAT Testing Wales will provide certified and qualified technicians to conduct fire extinguisher inspections, servicing, and maintenance in accordance with British Standards and current fire safety regulations.
2. Access and Appointment:
The customer is responsible for ensuring timely and suitable access to the premises for the servicing appointment.
If our technician is unable to gain access at the agreed time due to the customer’s absence or restricted access, a fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated job price will be charged.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed appointment time will incur a charge equal to 20% of the estimated job price.
4. Pricing and Payments:
All quoted prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Pricing details will be clearly specified on invoices, with payment terms clearly outlined. Late payments may attract additional fees.
5. Service Quality and Standards:
All fire extinguisher services provided comply with current British Standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualified and certified technicians conduct all servicing activities.
6. Liability:
PAT Testing Wales is not liable for any damages, faults, or issues arising from equipment condition or faults discovered during servicing, unless caused by our direct negligence.
7. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated job price.
8. Subcontracting:
PAT Testing Wales reserves the right to subcontract certain tasks when necessary, ensuring subcontractors adhere strictly to our safety and quality standards.
