Terms and Conditions for Cable Management

By engaging PAT Testing Wales for Cable Management services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services:

PAT Testing Wales will provide professional cable management services, including cable tidying, organisation, trunking, tray installation, and removal of redundant cables, adhering strictly to current safety regulations and industry standards.

2. Pricing and Payment:

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Costs for materials and products used during the cable management process are charged separately and are not included in service prices.

Payment terms will be clearly detailed on the invoice provided, with late payments potentially incurring additional charges.

3. Access and Appointments:

Customers must ensure safe, clear, and adequate access to all areas requiring cable management services.

A charge of 20% of the estimated job price will be applied if our technicians arrive at the agreed time but are unable to access the premises or areas due to the customer’s absence or restricted access.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be communicated to PAT Testing Wales at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours from the scheduled date will incur a fee equal to 20% of the estimated job price.

5. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must ensure that any sensitive or valuable equipment is safely disconnected or protected prior to service commencement.

6. Liability:

PAT Testing Wales accepts no liability for damage or disruption caused by pre-existing issues or inadequate preparations made by the client.

Our liability is limited strictly to the cable management services we directly provide.

7. Subcontracting:

PAT Testing Wales reserves the right to subcontract cable management services if necessary, ensuring all subcontractors adhere to our strict quality and safety standards.
