Terms and Conditions for Scheduled Maintenance Plans

By selecting a Scheduled Maintenance Plan from PAT Testing Wales, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service:

PAT Testing Wales agrees to provide regular scheduled maintenance as detailed in your chosen service plan, conducted by qualified and certified technicians according to industry standards and regulations.

2. Appointment and Access:

Customers must ensure our technicians have clear and safe access to the premises and equipment at the scheduled service times.

A charge equivalent to 20% of the estimated job price will be incurred if our technician arrives at the agreed appointment time but is unable to perform the service due to client absence or restricted access.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge equal to 20% of the estimated job price.

4. Pricing and Payment:

Quoted prices exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms and details will be clearly indicated on your invoice. Late payment may result in additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities:

It is the client’s responsibility to inform PAT Testing Wales in advance of any known issues or changes relating to the premises, equipment, or site access.

6. Liability:

PAT Testing Wales will not be liable for issues arising due to client negligence, improper use, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Liability is strictly limited to the services provided directly by PAT Testing Wales.

7. Subcontracting:

PAT Testing Wales reserves the right to subcontract scheduled maintenance tasks when necessary, ensuring subcontractors maintain our standards of service and safety.

By scheduling a maintenance plan with PAT Testing Wales, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
