1. Service Overview:

PAT Testing Wales provides appliance recycling services ensuring responsible disposal, in compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations.

2. Access and Collection:

Customers must provide suitable access for our technicians to collect appliances at the scheduled appointment time.

A charge equal to 20% of the estimated job price will be incurred if our team arrives at the premises but cannot access or complete the collection due to client absence or inadequate access.

3. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appliance recycling appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee of 20% of the estimated job price.

4. Pricing and Payments:

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms and details will be clearly indicated on the invoice provided upon booking confirmation. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are required to ensure appliances for recycling are clearly identified, accessible, and safely disconnected from power sources prior to collection.

6. Liability:

PAT Testing Wales shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from improper disconnection or preparation of appliances prior to our arrival.

7. Subcontracting:

PAT Testing Wales reserves the right to subcontract appliance recycling services when necessary, ensuring subcontractors meet our high standards for safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.
