Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement: By engaging PAT Testing Wales for PAT testing services, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Scope of Services: PAT Testing Wales will conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on electrical equipment as specified by the client. The service will be performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Booking Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation by PAT Testing Wales. The availability of appointments may vary depending on scheduling and technician availability.
4. Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure the booking for PAT testing services. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and must be paid before the appointment confirmation.
5. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Access to Equipment: The client agrees to provide PAT Testing Wales with access to all relevant electrical equipment at the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges or cancellation of the appointment.
7. Liability: While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and accuracy of the PAT testing services, PAT Testing Wales cannot be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from the testing process.
8. Reporting: Upon completion of the PAT testing, PAT Testing Wales will provide the client with a detailed report outlining the results of the testing, including any recommendations or actions required.
9. Payment: Payment for PAT testing services is due upon completion of the testing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
10. Confidentiality: PAT Testing Wales agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

By engaging PAT Testing Wales for PAT testing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
